AJACO has in place an Anti-Slavery policy in line with the Modern Day Slavery Act UK 2015 which sets out the steps that Ajay Nehra Computer Services Ltd T/A AJACO has taken and is continuing to take to ensure that modern slavery or human trafficking is not taking place within our business or supply chain.

Modern slavery encompasses slavery, servitude, human trafficking and forced labour. AJACO has a zero-tolerance approach to any form of modern slavery. Data Protection
AJACO may provide any data you pass onto via this website (subject to your agreement to representing you and following shortlisting) to government procurement services who may use your information by:

- administering Labour Framework Agreements
- sharing your information with other Government departments (including their arms length bodies such as Government agencies) including disclosure to HMRC of any information relating to your compliance with legislation, regulations and guidance in relation to income tax and National Insurance Contributions
- undertaking research, assessment and analysis including in relation to the types of temporary worker roles that have been filled via our website.

Equality Policy
AJACO abide to the Equality Policy 2010 Act and do not discriminate against any of its workers. Workers are protected from any discrimination, harassment or victimisation in employment, and as users of private and public services based on nine protected characteristics: age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief. AJACO ensure workers are paid equally irrespective of gender for equal work.

Complaints Procedure
AJACO is committed to providing a high-quality service to everyone we deal with. In order to do this we need you to give us any comments about our service, and to tell us when we get things wrong. We want to help you resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.

We treat as a complaint any expression of dissatisfaction with our service which calls for a response. We listen to your complaints, treat them seriously, and learn from them so that we can continuously improve our service.

A complaint is an expression of dissatisfaction, whether justified or not.

Our policy covers complaints about:
  • the standard of service we provide
  • the behaviour of our staff
  • any action or lack of action by staff affecting an individual or group
Our complaints policy does not cover:
  • matters that have already been fully investigated through this complaints procedure
  • anonymous complaints
  • complaints about access to information where procedures and remedies are set out in legislation, eg Freedom of Information Act, Data Protection Act
